Energy Leadership Index Assessment. The Energy Leadership™ Index (E.L.I.) is a one-of-a-kind attitudinal assessment that enables individuals to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors. You will be debriefed on the findings, and this newfound awareness will allow you to make conscious shifts in the areas of your life that matter most to you. 

Reiki. Reiki is a powerful energy healing practice that has been shown to improve mood, sleep, and overall well-being. It can help eliminate stress  and anxiety and instead restore the mind and body with feelings of calm and relaxation.  

Meditation. A regular meditation practice can decrease feelings of overwhelm and anxiety as well as increase clarity and focus. By taking some time to quiet your mind, you allow it to better support all the desires of your heart.  

Workshops. I lead Authenticity, Self-Care, and Vision Board group workshops that empower you to start taking the steps toward living the life you have always imagined.
